How long does a typical engagement take?
Timelines vary by service and scope. Sourcing and DW100 projects typically run a few weeks from diagnosis to delivery. Zero40 depends on the size of the training deficit, and continues as an ongoing service once regularized.
What industries do you work with?
We work across manufacturing, transportation, food and beverage, retail, and IT and outsourcing consulting, primarily in Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Our approach adapts to the organization, not the other way around.
What if we already have some of this in place?
That's the starting point, not a problem to work around. We begin every engagement by reviewing what already exists, training records, vendor contracts, or current systems, so we're not duplicating work or asking you to start from zero.
Do we need internal resources to make this work?
No. Each service is designed to run with minimal demand on your team. We manage the process end to end, and only need your input at key decision points.
What if our situation changes partway through?
It's common. Team size, priorities, and constraints shift, and the plan is adjusted accordingly. Nothing here is a fixed template applied regardless of what changes on your end.
